What to put on business card to make it well noticed?

According to me i feel the Name of an Employee should be written in big capital letter in business card rather putting company name in bold i believe the product or company or brand known to the customer should be known by the name of an employee than company. on the other hand it will give a unique look and impact on customer and its customer psychology they will stress on it and will ask you question on it which in turn will help you to interact more with your customer
