Apparently, referral is the most important factor in getting hired here in U.A.E. You will not get an interview to show your credentials if you don't have someone to introduce you to the recruiter. You will not be able to prove your experience listed in your CV if you don't get hired. If you are year old above, forget about applying on line, HR coordinators will see your age they will not even bother to look at your CV. And don't forget about the SEX, NATIONALITY AND RELIGION, even if you have a degree with a long list of experience if you are a YEAR OLD, MALE, ASIAN AND A CHRISTIAN your chances of landing a job is near zero.
