The saying goes: If you can measure it, you can manage it". this is also true for HR. An HR matrices is very beneficial to an organization, as this allows you to see what is happening within HR. this can be in the form of "time to fill vacancies", "sick leave", "efficiency of recruitment process", etc. If you start measuring this information on a matrices, you will be able to understand where the bottle neck is and enhance your processes.
