To give a memorable presentation demands an advantage that few people have. I mean, you must be prepared for the subject, you must have all the elements and data, etc. but in order to stand out and really make a difference for the audience, you have to be a good orator. I think that this skill is owned by few people. You may be a good manager but few are good public speakers. It's an art form that needs to be practiced but also to be natural. The greatest orator of ancient Greece, Demosthenes, was born with a problem in his speech but through practice (he used to shout with very strong voice at a stormy seaside, or talk with small round marbles in his mouth) he finally managed to obtain a very natural speech. To be an orator was also a very prestigious profession at that time and many of them wrote speaches that until today we studied them. So, it's not an easy task,it takes great talent and hard work.

You already have very speific answers for this questions. To add, the time I hear someone snoring in the presentation, I would think I have failed to get it right. Time to get back to the basics

Presentation should be easy to read and navigate. It should be typed up in a clear font with good spacing. Each page should be numbered and the whole document bound. Make sure you produce multiple copies to distribute to Attendees as necessary. You have to ensure the presenter is familiar with all aspects of the presentation and have good face-to-face presentation skills.

Presentation is what you present, so don't make that same old powerpoint slides.

Make sure you have some thing new or different way that you present. In this way you will be remembered easily. Ever heard of Prezi, Google it.

The ability to grab the attention of all your audience.

Many thing can be googled about your question, but the following are essential:

  • Your should have full knowledge of what your presenting, means you should have throrough subject knowledge.
  • You must be proficient in the language you are presenting.
  • While presenting focus on audience understanding, whether that are getting what you are delievering or not. To make them understand you can use other means like body language, audience response etc.
  • And last but not the least, your discussion / speech must in the limits of the topic, that means don't go irrelevant.

Hope that will helph.
