To give a memorable presentation demands an advantage that few people have. I mean, you must be prepared for the subject, you must have all the elements and data, etc. but in order to stand out and really make a difference for the audience, you have to be a good orator. I think that this skill is owned by few people. You may be a good manager but few are good public speakers. It's an art form that needs to be practiced but also to be natural. The greatest orator of ancient Greece, Demosthenes, was born with a problem in his speech but through practice (he used to shout with very strong voice at a stormy seaside, or talk with small round marbles in his mouth) he finally managed to obtain a very natural speech. To be an orator was also a very prestigious profession at that time and many of them wrote speaches that until today we studied them. So, it's not an easy task,it takes great talent and hard work.
