Hi - question should be useful, good if based on current trends/events, productive, they should be different, so that to answer accurately i have to scratch my brain, answers are best if they are touching the main point, relevent, have something to increase the knowledge and interesting to read....easy to understand....

If the question ask for a new info or additional value , and the answer reflects it with a good , easy and clear way , i will vote for .
And this way of asking and answering gives one more knoweldge especially in domains he is interested in .

Responces to questions in this forum are a choice,we choose to teply. There are no hidden agendas,the points system spoken about earier,are not a great motivator;for ne its a time factor..I have time to respond and as all business people know time is money!
