Tell me, specifically, what you have done to show you are a team player?

I take ownership of my operation/workplace by leading by example, being activly involved in all functions and activities applicable to my appointment within the orginization. I have a "hands-on" management styl and am activly involved with the duties of my insubordinates and employees. I involve other departments where and when required and generally have a very good working relationship with all my fellow employees.

Observe. Listen. Be surportive when required. Learn from your team. Encourage new ideas. Take time to team building. Do not isolate any one individual. Never show dislike to anyone even though human nature you cannot like all people. Be kind but firm. Be honest with your work force and bosses.
