In most cases. However it varies from case to case. I have seen that many students are naughty because their interests do not match with what is happening in the class. If the teacher spends some time to study the child and think of different strategies to handle them, I think most naughty students prove to be the most loving ones!

Mostly it is true as I observed during my career. We can make them an asset in the class by diverting their abilities towards studies.

Absolutely. Usually they are naughty because they are actually advanced and do not feel challenged enough....OR the opposite they need a little extra attention but are too afraid to show vulnerability so instead they act out. Peer-tutoring and lots of praise whenever they do behave is beneficial.
