First and formost, as a leader/manager you are in control, it is your court, open for possibilities.

Identify all possible choices, Weighing up the choices  and decide what is important and then take the decision

I will try to  forget all interrested things outer of my work which doesn't relate subject decisions; and I will  close all  my brain's doors except the door the subject I will take decision for it
