my personal values may differ from my work-related values.
I can say that my personal values could have some effect on my work environment and based on them i might feel committed to the organization or not. however, i see my work-related values are almost similar to my current employer values so i dont think i disagree with them , because as an emplloyee i should exhibit somehow those values during my performance of the tasks.
personal values could be having the following: appreciation, security, development, opportunities of growing, etc.
