Advertisement for Bachelor degree and require 05 years experience, but applied candidates are MBA and have 8-10 years experience. What would you do?

Think, these highly experienced candidates are not well organized, that is why they are applying for a post like that, if they are well organized, thy would apply for a better profile.....

 

SO don't be sorry and don't worry, try ahrd and keep in your mind one thing that, you could perform better than them, thats is why even they are with such a huge profile and again in search of such a small profile...

 

you could prove the employer on the interview that you could do better than them, tell them the same matter I have quoted, you would get the job, it is for sure.......... :-)

 

once you get the job, inform me   :-)

We are having problems to circulate advertisement for field level. We specified education and experience, but most of time we got higher level educated and more experienced people. We do not have much confidence they will work at field level. Can we recruit more educated and experienced people at filed level. Please give suggestion.
