How to configure windows 2008 R2 to backup exchange 2010 database in a DAG setup in order to truncate exchange transaction log files ?

My setup is based on virtualized servers environment

This should be present in the backup options. If I'm correct under flush log fies or similar. If that fails you can enable circular loggin as well.
