1-      Increased cost;

2-      Decreased profit;

3-      Low moral

4-      Low customer satisfaction;

5-      Increased risk;

1- hight customer return (reprocess or reject) will lead to unplanned charges (humain resources, times, logistic..)

2 unsatisfay customer ( high risk to find others supplier)

3- affect your product image 

4- it may lead to close and loose your buisness

It will decrease repeat buyers. And can impact on company portfolio resulting loyalty hurts. Less advocates. Difficult sell some other upcoming high quality product. Pressure increases with the passage of time. Required more strong marketing campaigns. More staff and may at the end cost of selling increases from some quality product. More plans required to sell
