 Customer is always right, and we should do needfull at any time and always without fail.

Should serve with a smiling face even when the customer is irate. Even on the phone this smiling attitude helps and a stubborn attitude has a total negetive effect. even  at the end of the day , even at the last minute a customer turns up ,we should be happy to meet him. This attitude will help us to serve the customer better. Remember even we are customers for people working in other sectors. We should treat others like we would like to be treated.
