Hello Tanveer Hussain,
your question is very simple one but the answer is much more dificult.
Everything depends of your company interest and duties.
the most important thing is to work very hard with your people. The staff have to know the firms status, the global point of view, rules within the company, their status, the duties and rights.
The personal contact-to comunicate with them, to hear their meaning, problems, inovation for the duty. Give them know that any improvement which is offer by them will be appriciate well enough to coreague them to be more involve in.
To keep them in good condition in your above mentioned states starts by the recruitment proccess. Then you may try personal access, give them the ideas why they are hired. To give them feelinig that they are very important for you. participation in your field etc...
We can try to solve it next time much more in great detail.
With best regards,
MH
I know that setting at a post for hours on end can be very boring. The key to keeping intrest is part management/supervision and part employee. The on-duty supervisor should if possible make contact with the posted employee, either in person or by phone with some sort of set schedule. The employee should be moving around on post if possible, have access to food/water and the facilities. The employee should know his or her area inside and out and should make a written entry on a activity log every half hour. The Officers should also rotated their posts every two hours. Training should be on-going. Security Officer credentials i.e. minimum basic security knowledge, First Aid, AED, CPR and firearms, if required should be provided by the employer.
