Good morning,
we can not connect between loyalty and perfomance. Talking about performance is talking about "The Outcome" of an employee compairing to his income. A company can't make growth with just loyal employees without performance.
On the other hand, loyalty is a "must" for the employee because it is the result of trust, which is the key character for a team work.
In conclusion, loyalty is good but performance is better. This is how it works here.
