Senior lead Engineer:-

The exact nature of the work will depend on the size of the employing organisation.

However, it will almost certainly involve:

  • Provides technical/ engineering advice and guidance to offshore/onshore operations teams;
  • Undertakes in-depth analysis/studies of problems and identifies longer-term solutions and/or options;
  • Prepares documents and reports to support studies/ recommendations;
  • Develop/review modification proposals/work scopes;
  • Undertake engineering design projects;
  • Proactively monitor, review and analyse plant and equipment performance;
  • Develop, submit and manage budgets for assigned/team projects;
  • Lead teams/projects, planning and co-ordinating activities and allocating resources;
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to less experienced engineers;
