Jump rope, swimming, Runing, Push-ups, squats, yoga, sprint walk routine, manage pain when exercising, and if your are busy with your office dutys try to Climb stairs, stop using elevator, , get out of the car. but the most good exercise that i think will help you losse your weight is marriage exercise  nb. try all styles.
