Do you have an Idiom/phrase or saying/proverb from your country that you could share?

I have presented several UK "idioms" I would very much like to hear similar from different countries/cultures. It would be great to have at least one from every country represented in this forum. Please also explain the meaning!

Famous phrase in India…

1.      Living in water and being an enemy of the crocodile is not good.

2.      Those who make the most threats seldom do anything.

3.      A one-eyed man is king amongst blind men.

4.      Facts don't require proof to stand correct.

5.      Guilty person accusing the innocent.
