Teamwork in the workplace can be seen on many levels. For example, For ensuring a shop floor is presentable for opening to the public a number of people need to come together in order to achieve a common aim. The manager and supervisors must ensure a rota has been written providing an appropriate number of staff for the job. The shop floor may then be split into sections with members of the team spread out as required. A supervisor could then do an inspection to ensure quality control. Another example of teamwork could be from a more social aspect. At least some team members in the workplace will have corresponding break times. Setting up a rota for making the tea, picking up provisions for break time and washing up after is also a team task .
