Each and every thing is hard and difficult to do and execute it, even if you want to have a piece of bread you have to do something and planning well in advance, you may calculate from start to the end of the bread up to you mouth. Thus if you want to have some well educated and qualified hands with you then you have to spent your time and invest in getting these people. A lot of qualified persons available in the market all over the world. Invest your time and money certainly you will get them……….

Well, I think it's difficult, because technology is so fast and you can't really keep up with it. Only if you are a computer genious and you have the money to purchase all the new equipment you are well informed. As for the companies, I believe they must invest to human development because they will also benefit from them. As a person, I would like to participate in a new training programme but unfortunately I don't have the money for it and in my country there aren't any free programms. If you like to learn something extra besides the school education, you must pay for it such as foreign languages, computers etc.

It's very simple, because the education system isn't qualified enough to produce people with well information by which they can apply in the work area.

So, there is difficulty to find those persons who the company can count on.

Therefore most of the companies prepare training courses for it's employees.

I think this is general answer (can not find qualified people) because at the end it is related to the function and industry (demand and supply of quailed people) and what is the level. In most cases, you find qualified people with experience for Executives and Managerial level who can go up with  business. If you are talking about entry level, I think it depends on the business owner if he can bear6 months-1 year for someone to be trained; especially if the business is related for instance to projects. it will difficult.

I see that almost all answers come from high ranking people in their companies. And I would say I disagree with almost every answer. Because today, companies show high level of unwillingness to give opportunity to those individuals who want to work, learn, educate through trainings and seminars and become better profesionals. They are simply not putting enough time and patience in order to get qualified worker. It is expected that, as soon as you leave university, you know everything and that you should start making money for company who employed you.

Life skills are totally different from life skills.New theories appear before you finish publishing books.Perhaps learning through projects or community service learning may solve this problem as it links between actual life and education. It is a good idea to invest your money in training if the labour market around you believes in the value of training.

Large corporates have HRs now a days and by the defination a well qualified people means those have experiences which are for years. Also true is that HRs have been recently trained which may not matches with the experienced people of some past. I believe it is too difficult to present yourself even you are well qualified, as they watch your every action/words whereas qualified people experiences are in actual business, products and services and not that much in selling themselves, isn't it? .For example, while everyone notice that junior HR's when they call you for first screening over phone, some time just a word spoken by candidate be taken so seriously that they disconnect it instantly and one is so helpless at that time.

Well qualified people would not come from sky. You will find them on the earth. Similarly no one is well qualified by birth. Almighty Allah has gifted qualities to each individual. It is our job to search them, give them opportunity, assess their qualities,  polish their hidden qualities, encourage them use thier skills/qualities for producing best results, and when they prove themselves productive, we will call them well qualified. And this is the biggest investment.
