Working in a BPO for a voice process the biggest challange is making the new hires comfortable to interact with people in the US10, 000 miles away. The process is called fish bowling. The new hires are kept in charge of the tenued reps and told not to be nervous. That the people are far away. They can shout at you but cannot harm you. You shouldbe confident and work honestly. The success rate is not very high but the attrition rate is. As doingthe graveyard shift is not everyones cup of tea.
