You may add water, if volume is not criteria, may add acidic or alkaline agent to get desired pH, You should also keep product quality as your target, hence selection of pH coorrecting should be such that it should not affect end product quality. As for example, in cosmatic cream you add lactic acid, In shampoo, Citric acid may be added, for alkline alcoholic KOH , Sodium carbonate or bicarbonate may be added.
