How can I make a blurry image a little sharper in Photoshop?

sharpening a blurred image is sometimes useless. because it doesn't give you the result that you wanted to see.

but this is the map:

Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen/Smart Sharpen

1. Open Image in photoshop.
2. Click on FILTER top menu.
3. Click on Blur.
4. Select On option out of11 according to your need.

Thas is your solution.

Check the pixel of the image in Photoshop. Try decreasing or increasing the number of pixels depends upon the size u want.
