Yes, I especially think that people who live in the more harsher of the Globe's climates, desert, arctic, tropical rain forest etc get less agitated about "minor" issues than those coming from more "normal"climes. The reasons being that when you have to work hard just to survive, anything else seems a bit trivial! I also think that people from warmer countries tend to be more outgoing than those from colder climates, this I feel is a result of living in an environment whereby it is easier to socialise, let's face it would you want to leave the shelter of your home in thick snow and freezing weather????? Not me!!
