Both have there own benefits
Proactive maintains safety compliance so that no incident may happen
while Reactive is done after the accident has been occurred which is negative aspect of safety to be measured.
Definitely Proactive ... When you making a show for worker and try to explain a Risk of Potential hazard , Definitely it's More useful and Important Than Reactive .. and you can reach to rules of OSH
Proactive technique is the most important for process safety.
In Process safety the most important is proactive technique but in all aspect of safety nets we should consider also the reactive technique which in fact if the accident slip we should do the reactive technique to avoid recurrence of the accident happened and it resulted to become proactive if highlighted it correctly and deliberate to others.
Hi,
in very simple answer Proactive technique is more important on safety procces which wil avoid you by propper planning any un designed accident becuse you will be aware of all senarios that might happen in your working place and you wil be prepared to prvent them by taking all of safety pecauations . on the othe side Reactive techniques means that you will wait until you have incident then you will take the prevention measures but it may be very late in case you have ahorrible accident .
