Where can I secure a small job where employees work more and are paid less? I just need more experience. Better pay will come later.

Try to be in a good company that you can have more experience and have some training and if they don’t give training you must do this by yourself through reading or using useful sites in internet and if you can study in your free time will be great

and remember sometimes victory may happen in an hour of patience

Such job is available at small establishments where there is short of staff and less space to accomodate more staff. Moreover such jobs are available at sub-contractors who hire the manpower for less payments and expect more production in short time.
