For me i use filter and over pass adjust the masking option....
1- open a copy of your image
2- duplicate the background layer
3- rename the layer
4-pick the lasso tool
5-select the area to be sharpened
6-feather your selection area borders
At first open the program photoshop
Then, open the image you want to edit
Through File
Then Open
And select the image
After selecting your Image
Then select from the menu Adjustments
Then choose Level
Or shortcut icon ___ ctrl + L
We adjust the lighting images
for me is always using sharpen because its the opposite blur
use smart sharpen ,if you didnt like the result then use sharpen tap
you can find it in filter
