Iqbal: I cannot comment it being healthy or not

however there are many aspects the employers consider when hiring a fresh or non relevant experienced candidate

For me, there exists a cost / time that i will spend to get the relevant output from the candidate.

There exist options, where an expereienced candidate is available at a negligable slaary difference with fresh and the yeild out from him is is more timely, accurate and comprehensive

i will end up here by putting a question, imagine you are running a business with a "maximum output in meeting desired cost/quality/time approach"  what will you do?
