Since this dispute is between low grade staff, can assume those are less educated. so best way of resolving the dispute is educating both of them about the subject mater. for this perpose, we can arrange proper training program for them as well. or otherwise, it's advisable to resolve their dispute by creating a pathway for them to negotiate the dispute by acting a senior person as a mediator.
