Since this dispute is between low grade staff, can assume those are less educated. so best way of resolving the dispute is educating both of them about the subject mater. for this perpose, we can arrange proper training program for them as well. or otherwise, it's advisable to resolve their dispute by creating a pathway for them to negotiate the dispute by acting a senior person as a mediator.

Patient hearing, counselling and warning, making them realize the importance of working relationship in the best interest of the organisation 

firstly listen to thier issue/dispute in detail and then advise them not to indulge in unnecessary matters. and warn them, if they  commit the same thing they would be replaced with other employee.
