When supervisor identifies potential talent and are not treated equally by different supervisors. As HR professional, what would be your answer?

For example, Some supervisors identify potential who are average. On the other hand, few supervisors identify average but they are the potential talent. As a HR professional, what can we do to identify the right talent for the right position.

You should be having a fair assessment solutions in the Company, you may Use some tools like SHL's exercises to identify talent. you first need to have a competency model in place, then you work on identifying which competency you need for talents and then work on their fair assessments.
