Sir I would givean honest answer. Do not want to work a graveyard shift. But
I think any one who wants a dream job has to deserve it. There is nothing in the world called a free lunch.
Also a dream job is like a high profile degree from a well known university. You have to deserve it .
Flexibile working hours
Great, smart, proactive, positive coworkers
Having a job related to one of my passions (eg. Motorcycles)
1) Learning
2) Exposure
3) job satisfaction
4) salary
5) benefits
6) freedom to work
1) Wake up in the morning and love to go to work every day
2) Do the same thing better and better each day
3) Job satsifaction
1) Job in the Middle East
2) to get a chance to learn another language
3) progression (new skills new people new environment)
What I think, as per me:
1) The experience of last job proves always a boost to play well in new job
2) The strong ethics which lets you to stand out of crowd
3) Honesty is the best policy, which enables to learn more and teach more as well
All these three can turn any job in dream job, as well, dream is dream no value in practical, and job is job, no value to dreams !!!!!
There are many attributes but the Top three would be;
Salary
Benefits
Growth
