I think it's hardly depends on the person.
I would say only my opinion about it.
It is that I can stay in one job until it is not become a routine to me and until I can find enough challenge in my daily work.
Because challenge means to me that I can be successful.
And success motivate me personally to get new challenges.
So, when I lose my personal motivation then I have the feeling I need to change.

After reaching any management position and spending some years in the same company involving in management position, it is not necessary to change the company.
After reaching any managerial post in any company in any company you are in demanding position usually in terms of package and facilities.
But here are somethings which needs to be considered as well: What is your future in this company for another five years or so? Are you in good books of your bosses? Is your job reliable in the coming years? Are you adding value to your skills in this position? Up to which position you can go in this company? How much the company is able to give you (package and facilities)? In any case if you will have to leave this job, have you get enough valuable experience so that you can get a better job after that? There may be much more to consider in this aspect, some of them are listed above.
So, be careful in taking decision.

First of all, Your question is not clear, because there is error in the syntax.
Second, according to your question, it depends about your vision to your organization.
some people remain in their jobs because they afraid to change it and face new people, job environment, and may be their talent, skills will be unsatisfied with their new boss.
While other think that changing their jobs will remain them more dynamics with the labor market and deal with other circumstance and which may be more positive than remain the same.

It depends on the person.
If you enjoy your work, it doesn't matter how long you stay and for sure, there will be available positions for you to grow and apply later on.
You can stay in a company but can be promoted within2 yrs.
So it's really depends on YOU.

Alot of reasons lead you to thinking in moving your carrer.
You’re No Longer Valued., Your Time May Be Up., The job cycle has run its course., Change helps us grow., Your boss is giving you the big chill., Your industry is in turmoil., Company profits are down (or non-existent)., There’s nothing in it for you.
