Each incident is not transaction but each transaction is incident ? Do you agree or not ?

According to accountancy rules ,when any incident is valued in money then it call transaction and the incidents whose are not valued in money those are not transaction .

Yes, True,

There are many incidents which are not regarded as Transactions because they dont have financial effect on the books of accounts, for example,

 

1-Moving machinery from one place to another place within the building.

2-Relocation of an employee to another department

3-Promotion of an employee to a higher grade but without changing his/her salary benefits

and so on.

On the other hand each transaction is a result of a monetary incident.
