well I don't follow regular sites, apart from Behance and vice.com
Rather I do searches on the topic of my interest.
Not really a blog I think, Dribble.com and most of the time just like Yvan Goudard searching for a particular topic or interest if still on top with Google.com.
I've never visit a designer's blog but instead I go to the designer's portfolios and website, tutorials and adobe website which also can help.. so the best thing to be creative is surround your self with creative people so you can find your limits and with will push to enhance your self :-)....
i would recommend this blog, CGBlog, CGPersia thus they have a vast of tutorial and tips for all the artist, if your new to this industry you should check those website or if you heard the DeviantArt you can that one also, i can't mention10blogs though i only stick to few with a better content.
