They are made through growing up in society, learning basic human psychology by experience & understaning the supply, demand & value exchange rules of established economic, trade & monetray systems. Some of them can be re-born as sales people in a later stage of thier lives, after going through a certain expereince of gaining a certain skill.
To claim they are born with a sales gift goes too far, for my soberness. All of them just cry out loud when born!
Made gradually after skilled experienced
A Great Sales person is not born and he is made. Salesmanship is acquired by practising the selling skills. Even though every one born has the inborn selling qualities but to excel, the selling skills need to be religiously practised along with other necessary knowledge pertaining to the Product, Market, Competitors, & of course basic general knowledge.
Selling is an art and is acquired by continuous learning and practising selling skills.
The answer lies in both directions. A person great at sales that can do it long term, and will enjoy doing it – is most likely going to be born. But someone who can be great at sales, there’s nothing to stop you from being made – whether you can do it long term, and whether you’ll enjoy it is a different story.

Ex. Since childhood kid convince his parents for everything that he wants, so in a way he is selling a need to his parents which they fulfills. We sell ourselves at job interviews.
- Great Sales People are made by continuosly gaining experinece and by learning the skills required.
People’s greatness comes by themselves only, They become great through their personality , thoughts, visions ,works , Efforts , contributions & human kind.
