We have a Pet Policy in most of our complexes that we manage. This is usually connected to the local by-laws but also takes into account the suitability of the complex for pets. The Conduct Rules of our complexes usually have some rules with regard to animal fouling on the common property and how this should be managed as well as constant barking and animals roaming the common property without being on a leash and supervised by their owners.
I have not yet come across a Smoking Policy, apart from once again, observing the local laws with regard to smoking in common areas.
