my secret of good leader (not great boss) is, I like the democtratic style of management delegating authority, empowering team, regular training, keep them fully connected & motivated.
Drop the ego and don't be afraid to get your hands dirty
Inspire others to lead
Fight for your team, don't micro-manage them
Being the boss doesn't mean you can't be helpful
