What kind of services my employer(s) wish to know about me as requires to my experiences and performances on the job(s)?

I have had the opportunity working with a manager that had the trust of satisfied works done. if I am given the chance to serve any company or organization, let that or those company or organization rest assure that there will be an employee with a given task to serve and make some good results. Until a man is given a chance with responsibility one will never know his worth. I believe having a persons in some areas of responsibilities with trust especially in areas of specializations one will not know how much they perform.
