Base on the quality of the job, one needs to understand the products, services and systems and you should observe the actions from both sides: the company’s point of view as well as (more important) the customer’s.

Yes, we had several times problems which did not served our company or our customers. We conducted ISO9001 Internal Audits in all departments ... findings been addressed to our CEO’s, and changed procedures in order to reflect ISO9001 Business procedures.
