How do you cater for fast learners in your class?

feed'em as much as possible ..get them engaged extracurricularly

In co operative and interactive learning , fast learners are the leaders of groups , when they get knowledge and skills fast , they pass them easily to others.It is an advantage to have fast learners .Sometimes ,the problem is that they are not patient till teachers pass knowledge to the weak or slow learners.
