Satisfaction mainly related to two facts of a professional:
1. As you are a professional, so you need plateform to show your capability where you have to put your100% effort for smooth operation, solution or development of company. If you cann't show it then your job will be routined work just as to earn money only. There will be no room to be satisfied.
2. As you are giving your100% effort to the company, you need justified motivation from company as a fertilizer (energy) to make it continue otherwise inner capability will no more continue except just a job to survive.
For these two facts, the healthy environment is necessary at working place otherwise satisfection will become third pole.
love what you do to do what you love , nursing is vary critical field but full with humanity and emotions and that what i love .
it's depend on what they think about their job , there are many ppl who dosen't like their job but by time their affinity to that job augment so they finish by loving what they do .and remmember before you start any ork you should love it to get more motivation and more production and very good result
I believe there may not be any one definitive answer to why a person becomes disatissfied with his or her work. I think it depends on individual opinions and experiences. Many of the professionals here have made very valid reasons as to why a person may become dissatisfied with their work and many may be based on something they have gone through personally or know of someone who has.
No one is satisfoed with there work because people thinks that this is not his /her responsibility he do this work for earning and time pass. if he do their job with motivation and take his responsiblity than may satisfied from there work
