"God burdens not a person beyond his/ her scope" and life must goes on, concern to what to do next is always better. If we cook rice but it becomes porridge because of too much water, then just garnish it to be delicious porridge with curry, eggs, chicken, veggies or whatever garnishes do you like. Thanks for inviting.

My personal belief is that all people want to be likeable by everyone and with that I mean even from people we don't like or value their opinions. So, if I have a negative encounter or comment it doesn't matter from which person it is because the impact on my self esteem is a great one. Of course it's even greater when it's from a person I like/appreciate. When I recover from the shock and regarding the seriousness of the situation, other times I'm getting mad about the comment and forget or other times I'm wondering if it's right or wrong. When I was younger the first case was very common but after a certain period in my life I got more objective about myself, so I think I know now if someone is right or wrong about me. In this case, if I realize that the comment is right, I admit it and I try to do the right thing.

As long as you look at it from the right corner, there is no negative encounter. Only when you sit there whining and not doing anything, then you will have a negative encounter.

ُEven the best Marathon runners has fallen hundreds of times, if not thousends,  when they where trying to learn how to walk (when they were babies).

I believe  it depends on the way we accept this negative encounter or loss, the first step is to accept the truth and the situation that you have not succeeded or failed ,this helps you in accepting the fact and live in peace with it,it helps you to recover and positively grow out of this negative situation.Having remorse is what keeps you unable to proceed forward and recover, once accepted you will have no remorse or bad feelings and you can start analyzing  the root cause of this negative experience, learn from it and proceed positively with confidence.

the key here is accepting the facts, learn from these experiences and proceed forward.

The quotations “there is always a silver lining” and “you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar” are very true and valuable statements and be professional.

From very negative encounter I learned  lessons; a negative  send email ...attacks you and your department with personal garbage …. Ignore it, only address the vital questions needed to get the job done.

Do not let any one engage you into negativity and you are the one which will prevail and come out on top shining ....
