Definitely there are certain obvious factors through which we could ascertain candidate approval. The most common one are;

 

·         Job criteria.

·         Job specification.

·         Past experience which are related to our expectations.

·         Personality fit.

·         Medical & fitness examinations.

·         Matching the salary bandwidth.

 

The above one are few obvious factors and there are other factor also which on personality test and etc which we employ to assess any one.
