1) Your health is at risk.2) You hate what you do.3) The company isn’t stable.4) You’re no longer challenged, learning or growing.5) Other: please mention any reason you think about.
There are many reasons that lead us to seek a new job. Mention may be seeking new challenges, a sense of underestimation, overwork and too low wages, as well as reductions related to the difficult market situation.
I think that if there is a life risk the person will not resign, directly will leave without thinking.
Survive has priority for all because one is working to secure his life and family, when he could not secure his life, thus why will he continue?!
From my point of view the reason number2. if i hate what i do
A job must promise the candidate's future with continuos learning (appropriate training),freedom, good compensation, great exposure ,flexible in changing positions. If all these meets a self then the job satisfaction is higher.Otherwise ends up with resignation.
After having accepted the job if one resigns then mostly there could be two reasons for it.
A better replacement has come for that position OR that position demands much more.
its your ambition and howfar u want to reach althoug its some times that u cant change things any more
POOR LEARNING, NO CHALLENGE ,,
been not learnning or growning is just the biggest reason to kill the passion of the work
poor salary+misconduct with staff/staff +non stabale company,+ future security+ illegal practice by higher authority+losses+fail to achieve targets+ failure of product in market+
4) I'm no longer challenged, learning or growing.
In my Openion The Salary is an important factor to resigh from your current Job . or if we are not like a current job, In this case we will like to move another job.
