· Identify the issue
· Define the obstacles
· Examine your options
· Act on an agreed course of action
· Look at how it turns out, and whether any changes need to be made
Simply, I would like to say as per my experience,
We should apporach to learned persons of the subjective problems, because, experience is the best remedy for any problem, in commercial as well as personal life.
When we interact to some learned persons, we get a new hope and new vision to find out the ways and which give positive energy and positiveness is the greatest medicine ever discovered.

POWERFULL QUESTION,,, first of all simplyfy the problem that there is always many ways to deal it, of course one of the formula is just for you and other stake holders. think about the possible threats to deal any situation, solution must be good for maximum stake holders who are in the problem, you can,t make every1 happy but you make many people happy about your tackling. In management you make many decisions all the day, some of them are good and some go against you but once you make a decision than support your own decision . some time you have to think about the back lash of your decision but it goes on. make the decision , own it and move on.
