A good working environment - standard preference depends on the experience and productivity - performance evaluation is fair - wages and promotion policy are clear and characterized by integrity - low labor turnover rate - interest in continuous training - work teams attention - attention to resolve the problems of workers
The knowledge makes me more confidence and deal direct with Management team in my company or in our clients, in additional we need to know communication skills very well
