Can we use stepper motor to remotely control of RF as Well as Microwave Antenna for alignments at the time of installation or optimization purpose?

1- we can make stepper motors for microwave antennas only for small Antennas0.3,0.6 or0.9 diameters but it will consumes high cost for manufacturing motors for antennas & use motor will be one time only for alignment.2- for large Antennas from1.2 -3.0 , these antennas using strut or brace for install antenna & they need technicians for this mission.
