What is the difference between the project's risk management and the organization's risk management?

Project risk management related to nature of project itself , as you know the project is a buseniss or belongs to the organization buseniss strategy so the project risk management deals with the treats and the opportunities which maybe or maybe not happen and put the risk response strategies for it ( known unknowns & unknown unknowns)

and the organisation risk management is related to the buseniss risk management in every type of buseniss , maybe they are working in the stocks ...etc

Project risk management will look into risk specific area relevant to project scope and domain while the domain is much broader for organization. Project is temporary endeavor while organizes has long term and mid term strategic goals  which us supported by many projects. So organizational risk may be inherent to the project, but specific project risk may not be applicable for organization as whole
