I am working as an Food Microbiologist. Can any one suggest me a food auditing course to ladder up my career in food safety.
It depends upon what kind of certification you are interested to audit. Different industries have different types of certifications and auditing will depend upon those certifications.
HACCP level 3.
Food safety level 4
this will give you basic food safety knowledge.
After that yiu may go for auditing training.
