B2B is used in the context of communication and collaboration. Many businesses are now using social media to connect with their consumers (B2C) however, they are now using similar tools within the business so employees can connect with one another. In B2B technique our focus will be more in product features and how will help in production and save time, money and resources also there is no personal emotion involved in the purchasing decision. In B2C technique our focus will be more on the benefits of theproduct and Consumers don't want to work to understand your benefits, instead they will want you to clearly point out the benefits to them and decision will be more emotional.
